At Kayo Paris, we strive for complete satisfaction with your luxury fashion purchases. If you are not entirely pleased, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with all original Kayo Paris tags attached into the original shipping box to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and retain your receipt to track the progress of your refund.
